Information used in the workflow
The journal stores your account identifier, email, name, securely hashed password, and sign-in sessions. It stores profile details, author information, manuscript metadata and files, review assignments, reports, and editorial decisions to operate the journal workflow.
Reviewer applications
Applications contain the professional details, research topics, experience, and consent you provide, together with application dates, status, and editorial decisions. Applications are private to the applicant and authorized editors. Applying does not make your profile public or grant access to manuscripts.
Access to manuscripts
Authors can access their own submissions. Authorized editors manage submissions and assign reviewers. Reviewer identities and confidential comments are withheld from authors. Published article metadata and publication files are accessible to readers.
Storage and service providers
The site runs on Oracle Cloud infrastructure in Tokyo. Structured records and private manuscript files are stored on the journal server.
Cookies and external resources
Authentication uses necessary session and security cookies. Public pages request typography from Google Fonts and interface resources from content delivery networks. These providers may receive ordinary request information, including your IP address. Article pages may load mathematical rendering and scholarly resource services.
Cloudflare sign-in verification
Sign-in uses Cloudflare Turnstile to deter automated abuse. Your browser communicates with Cloudflare, which receives the challenge token and technical browser and network information used for security checks. Our verification request does not include your account email or password. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about this service.
Editorial applications and email notifications
Editorial board applications contain the professional details, CV reference, statement and consent you provide. Applications are private to the applicant and authorized editors. Appointment decisions do not automatically grant system permissions.
Manuscript and application notifications are sent through Alibaba Mail to the relevant editorial contacts and copied to bsh@nooslab.cn for journal operations. Staff summaries may include supplied author or applicant information and manuscript metadata. Passwords, activation links, password reset tokens and private reviewer invitation credentials are excluded from these summaries.

Contact the Editorial Manager at em@nooslab.cn for questions about personal information, including requests for access, correction, or deletion. Manuscript files should not include sensitive personal or identifiable participant data.
